- The tour takes place at a Shibuya ramen restaurant specializing in Hokkaido ramen. Hokkaido is best known as Japan's "Ramen Kingdom", and for good reason.
- You'll get to sample the best of Hokkaido's ramen styles:
- - Miso: Bold and Nutty (from Sapporo City)
- - Shoyu: Broiled and Smoky (from Asahikawa City)
- - Shio: Light and Creamy (from Hakodate City)
- For each of these ramen, you can choose between a vegan OR non-vegan broth.
