- 〇Nigiri-Sushi making course.
- You can experience making Nigiri-sushi and Gunkan, sushi wrapped with a strip of nori seaweed. We offer you Tuna, Salmon, Yellowrail, Shrimp, rolled omelet, salmon roe, and etc. Experience time is 90minutes. Before making sushi, guests can learn history of Japanese cuisine, also how to generate sushi . Moreover, we wil tell about Japanese sake, the kinds of sushi. You can enjoy learning while having fun! At last, we offer the gift for our guests. Every our staff can speak English frequently. Please enjoy communicating with our Japanese staff
