• This is a one-of-a-kind private tour where you can learn sushi culture/etiquettes and also eat in one of the best sushi restaurant in Tokyo!
• The tour will start at Hotel Gajoen Tokyo, which is a museum hotel of Japan beauty. The guide is a table manners instructor, so we will have a quick workshop of sushi culture and etiquettes before heading to the sushi restaurant. By doing so, you will not be confused on how to act properly at a high classes sushi restaurant!
• After the workshop, we will be moving to the restaurant by taxi.
• The sushi restaurant is a hidden high class restaurant loved among locals. We will enjoy full sushi course (few dishes, sashimi, 8 sushi, and miso soup)
• The guide will interpret so you could enjoy the conversation with the top chef, too.
• The guide will take photos of you during the tour if you wanted (no fees needed).

The guide will introduce a quick history of Gajoen, take a coffee at lounge, and feel the beautiful waterfall located in the middle of the hotel. The cafe fee is included in the course price.
