  • Soba has been a popular staple food in Japan since the Edo period. This is an experience plan where you can make soba noodles, a classic Japanese dish, from scratch and sample them yourself. The soba experience is a popular experience even among Japanese people. You can even experience the traditional way of eating soba in Japan. Also, this plan is a Hokkaido sika deer meat shabu-shabu (game meat) set plan. It's great for a dinner with memories of Hokkaido. Please experience it as a memory of Japan.
