• This pass is only valid for those holding non-Japanese passports and with a Temporary Visitor visa under the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act. Foreign residents in Japan, whether working, participating in a study-abroad program, or such, are not eligible for this pass. Anyone ineligible who is found using this pass will be fined for misuse. • We will not process refunds for 2D barcode e-tickets for whatever reason. However, after exchange, unused physical tickets can be partially refunded at a JR West Midori no Madoguchi ticket office (not directly through us); however, a handling fee of 10% of the retail price will be charged • Only one e-ticket per passport can be exchanged at a time.
