You can meet your guide at the nearest station or choose to be picked up at your hotel if it is located within 10 minutes walk from any station on the Yamanote line or within the Yamanote line circle. If you're not sure whether your hotel is within this pickup area, feel free to ask us! Cherry blossom time varies depending on the weather - if weather changes cause your tour to miss the full bloom, your guide will adjust the plan accordingly to cover the best local highlights. Any refund or cancellation follows the normal policy for this tour. We'll use public transportation.
