- You can experience repairing broken objects using the traditional lacquering technique KINTSUGI. You will approach the WABI-SABI, which is viewed as a variety of beauty woven by changes without negatively accepting dirty or chipped vessels as deterioration.
- Please bring your ceramics or porcelain that you would like to repair. If you don’t, please let us know. (Only two items per person due to storage space limitations.)
- We will glue the broken pieces with lacquer.
- It takes about a week for it to harden as we use natural lacquer.
- If you would like to continue the process, please make a reservation after one week.
- Overseas travelers can send vessels in the process of being worked on by EMS. (Shipping cost is additional)
- KINTSUGI kit is available for purchase.
- ＊Please note:
- It won't be completed in one session.
- Natural lacquer can cause inflammation if it comes into contact with the skin. Always ensure that you wear gloves when using it.
