- 1) You will be welcomed by friendly staff with Japanese tea.
- 2) Our staff briefly explains the class, and you will wear an apron.
- 3) Learn about the history of Japanese confectionery and the basic ingredients of Japanese sweets.
- 4) Demonstration by English Speaking Instructor and making seasonal sweets together in the class.
