- Taste tsukudani (preserved seafood) in traditional and modern ways at Shinbashi Tamakiya, established in 1782. You can taste it while learning about its history. After learning about the shop’s history , sample its secret sauce and taste its signature tsukudani. Then, taste a small amount of rice with tsukudani and furikake seasonings, and try tsukudani with various ingredients such as pasta and nuts. You can pair it with wine and Japanese sake.
