- As a chef and nutritionist who used to run a French restaurant serving home-style cuisine on Yakushima, a World Heritage Site, I also have a focus on healthy Japanese cuisine.
- I will demonstrate cooking techniques that you can replicate at home when you return to Kyoto.
- You will learn about culture and history using ingredients unique to Kyoto.
- The ingredients used in class are vegan.
- Fishand egg may also be used depending on the requests of the class participants.
