- Our close relationships with sake brewers in Japan allow us to offer you exclusive experiences no one else offers. During this Tippsy Brewery Tour, you’ll visit Shiraiwa K.K. brewery in Toyama, whose IWA sake has been featured in The New York Times, and more than 40 Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Our first stop is Masu no Sushi Museum for a factory tour and sushi-making workshop. Then, immerse yourself in the natural wonders and spirituality of Oiwasan Nissekiji Temple and Sengankei waterfalls.
- Tour Shiraiwa K. K. sake brewery, where the ultra-premium IWA 5 junmai daiginjo is made. Taste their sake — including sake not yet released in the U.S. — while being treated to haute cuisine prepared right in front of you.
- Discover the rich cultural heritage of Zuiryuji Temple, then stroll through the historical Kanaya-machi district. Craft your very own sake vessel at Nousaku Factory, and taste more sake in the historical Higashi-Iwase district.
