Detoxify your mind and body with Cleanse Yoga! What is Cleanse Yoga? Traditional yoga that has been practiced in South India since ancient times. Unlike conventional yoga, The class consists mainly of “cleansing” that connects the brain and body through special movements and breathing. Cleansing helps the body to circulate energy from the inside out, thereby enhancing self-healing power. Classes are held in small groups, and we place importance on listening to the sound of each participant's breathing and physical condition.
