  • In this program, you will be allowed to enter the “tsukeba”counter, where you are not normally allowed, and learn how to make sushi one-on-one from an experienced chef, giving you the feeling of being a real sushi chef. After the sushi-making experience, you can relax and enjoy the chef's omakase sushi course in the refined atmosphere of the restaurant. This is a unique program that allows you to experience both sushi making and “omakase” at the same time.
