- Try the unique experience of learning the traditional Japanese way of making matcha tea! Lectures will be given by a tea master who holds Japan's highest tea certification, "Japanese Tea Instructor". Using organic matcha from Kyoto, guests can experience making matcha themselves with a tea whisk.
- The art of Japanese tea brewing is highly technical, requiring a special apprenticeship not only in the use of utensils, but also in understanding the nature of tea, water temperature and time management. A single difference in preparation can completely change the final result.
