- Join us for an interactive okonomiyaki cooking class led by Aiko-sensei in a traditional Japanese house with stunning views of Kobe and the whole Kansai region. You’ll use seasonal ingredients and learn the ingredient preparation, cooking, and presentation. We welcome vegetarians and can accommodate dietary restrictions with prior notice as well.
