- The workshop is mostly hands-on from brewing tea to making drinks. The techniques are derived from storied Japanese practices of brewing tea. The more modern practice of mixing tea with natural ingredients like fruit and alcohol infusions has all been tried and tested at our tea shop, gaining quite a large following.
