【Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley)】 A crater relic in Noboribetsu City, Hokkaido, Japan, formed by the eruption of Mt. Hiyori about ten thousand years ago. The explosive crater, with a diameter of about 450 meters, still emits white smoke, and the air is filled with a strong smell of sulfur. It is famous for its unique volcanic terrain and sulfur springs. 【Showa Shinzan】 It still emits white smoke and maintains its original volcanic landscape. The semi-circular volcanic lava dome is partly brownish-red, and steam still rises from the rock surface. 【Showa Shinzan Bear Park】 Get up close to Hokkaido brown bears, feed them by hand, and experience the super impressive "human cage" observation room, with the active volcano Showa Shinzan in the background. 【Mount Usu】 One of the world's active volcanoes, it has erupted four times in the 100 years of the 20th century, with the most recent one in 2000. You can reach the summit of Mount Usu by cable car or by hiking. 【Lake Toya】 A sparkling pearl in southwestern Ho
