- Join this first-of-its-kind tour to discover an incredible hidden treasure not far from Tokyo. You will discover an ancient Buddhist temple carved out of rock, and see glimpses of Japanese rural life.
- We will take a cable car up to Mt. Nokogiri, from where you can enjoy a stunning view over Tokyo Bay. On a clear day you can even see Mount Fuji in the distance. Here you will explore the ancient Buddhist complex of Nihon-ji and its thousands of stone sculptures.
- After descending from the summit, a delicious seafood lunch awaits, followed by a scenic drive through an authentic Japanese countryside of terraced rice paddies surrounded by bamboo forests (from spring to autumn). In winter, instead of the terraced rice paddies, we visit Okamoto Pier, a romantic spot to watch the sunset over Tokyo Bay.
- Finally, on our return to the city, we cross Tokyo Bay on the Tokyo Aqua Line, an incredible feat of engineering.
