  • In this class, we will cook 3-4 Japanese home-style cuisine together. You will be able to learn how to make Dashi (Japanese soup stock), about Japanese ingredients and how to cook them.
  • After enjoying the dishes we have made, we will have sake tasting time. Very unique and rare high quality of Sake distilled locally in Japan will be prepared.
  • If you are not a fan of alcohol, we can change the program to Japanese tea tasting or a calligraphy experience.
  • You will have wonderful experience while staying in Japan
  • It will be memorable special event!
