- To drive in Japan, you need a VALID INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT under the Geneva Convention (booklet format only — cards not accepted).
- Some countries like France, Germany, Belgium, Taiwan, etc., allow use of their national license + official Japanese translation instead.
- No valid license? No worries! You can still join as a passenger in the guide car and enjoy the same tour with a mini car photo session. (15,000¥ / cash only)
