- Our healing therapy guides invite you to the forest of Ukiha, certified as a forest therapy base. Wander through the forest while learning about trees, flowers, history, and nature. The chirping of the birds, murmur of the trees, and soft carpet of fallen leaves...fill all your senses with the healing power of the forest.
- The added combination of yoga will enhance the relaxing effect. The instructor will facilitate the yoga according to the participants' condition, so even beginners will feel at ease.
- Through yoga with a guide and a walk in the forest, release your daily stress and have a relaxing time.
