- THIS is NOT a Toyosu Fish but a TSUKIJI Fish market tour in which has nearly 90 years of history close proximity to wholesellers adding a cultural experience.
- You will be roaming the main avenues of the Tsukiji Outer Fish Market, exploring the ingredients that compose the Japanese cuisine from tea to dashi, from fish cakes to sushi eggs omelettes and more. After lunch, we may see Hamarikyu, or from above, & maybe try Japanese confectioneries & MATCHA Tea at a tea house (not included)
- At TSUKIJI, we will focus on exploring Japanese cuisine from the market perceptive, take a glimpse of Japanese religion from a market aspect, learn what the Tsukiji market was for the Edo people, historically & politically.
- Your lunch will be a casual one at a local sushi place. Not fancy, simply something the locals enjoy.
