- ◆ Combine a cooking lesson with a sushi meal
- ◆ Practice under the guidance of a licensed instructor
- ◆ Lesson takes place in our state-of-the-art Grand TJT facility near Tokyo Tower
- ◆ Dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice (vegan, kosher, halal, etc.)
- ◆ Receive an easy-to-use sushi-making kit as a souvenir
- Students will make the following two types of sushi:
- ・Gunkan Zushi: Rice wrapped in nori seaweed topped with soft ingredients such as salmon roe, cod roe, or minced tuna
- ・Nigiri Zushi: Classical style sushi: rice topped with ingredients such as tuna, shrimp, white fish, etc.
- ◆ Upgrade your experience to include a sake or tea tasting session (additional cost).
