- With us, you'll learn how to make authentic Japanese sweets(Mochi and Nerikiri Wagashi) by easy method.
- You don't need to bring anything! Everything you need is provided at the lesson.
- We open everyday including weekends!
- This is a private lesson (if your booking is more than 3 people), therefore you can learn step by step at your pace. Classes take place in a private residence where you can relaxed in a cozy atmosphere.
- My cooking class is held in a small local town, where you can enjoy visiting lots of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, shrine and even famous public bath!, before and after the lesson. You will encounter a more peaceful Japanese neighborhood as opposed to the busy city life!
- The menu is made from plant-based products. This class is appropriate for vegetarians with vegan options available.
- Downloadable recipe is available. So, you can recreate them easily after gone back home!
- We use simple ingredients that are easily available in your own country.
