• Mt. Inunaki is esteemed as one of Japan's most ancient sacred mountains. Recent historical research and advancements in the academic study of Shugen-do have led to Mt. Inunaki being recognized as the cradle of Shugen-do. Hiking up this mountain and engaging in waterfall practice is a profound experience. The significance of the waterfall "leg" journey includes washing away distractions, mental training, encountering the divine, connecting with nature, and praying for personal wishes. The bus journey from Izumisano station to Mt. Inunaki takes approximately 35 minutes.
