- Ramen are an extremely popular dish in Japan because it's cheap, easy and quick to eat, especially for workers who don't have time for lunch. The dish has diversified and regional specialties have even developed throughout the country.
- You’ll enjoy making noodles using a noodle-making machine, choose the base of soup from soy sauce, miso, and salt, and enjoy a handmade experience while being taught how to make and bake gyoza (dumpling) bean paste. We will prepare the rice and you can enjoy making your own “half-rice ramen with gyoza”. And then you'll have the chance to taste what you've cooked and take photos!
