- With us, you'll learn how to make authentic Japanese sweets(Mochi and Nerikiri Wagashi) by easy method. This is a private lesson (if your booking is more than 3 people), therefore you can learn step by step at your pace. And also classes take place in a private residence where you can relaxed in a cozy atmosphere.
- My cooking class is held in a small local town, where you can enjoy visiting lots of local shops, supermarkets, cafes, shrine and even famous public bath!, before and after the lesson. (My handmade local map is provided upon your request) You will encounter a more peaceful Japanese neighborhood as opposed to the busy city life!
- The menu is made from plant-based products. This class is appropriate for vegetarians with vegan options available.
- Downloadable recipe from the QR code is available. So, you can recreate them easily after gone back home!
