Satoko Hirano　Born in Fukushima, Japan.Japanese cooking teacher in Chiba. She started teaching cooking more than ten years ago in her home kitchen. .Her grandmother, who was a very good cook, cooked for her family every day using only seasonal ingredients. she hopes to continue to pass on tradition and shere the beauty of Japanese home cooking and the authenticity to the Japan travers.
