- You'll get a hands-on training from the Japanese soba noodles master. You'll discover the unique flavors of our traditional food while learning about the way of soba-cooking and Japanese food culture.
- You'll be able to use the master's workspace and professional cooks.
- You can also try your own handmade soba noodles right there.
- Don't worry, we have an English-speaking guide to support you and feel free to take photos and videos to record this moment!
- Vegetarians are welcome. Let us know in advance if you have any dietary restrictions.
- Because we will be handling buckwheat flour and flour, please come in clothes you don't mind getting dirty, even though we have prepared apron for you.
- People are allergic to buckwheat, wheat or soybeans cannot participate.
