Why did oshizushi change from oshizushi to nigirizushi? What was the lifestyle like at that time? After a mini-lecture that explains the birth of sushi and its mysteries, such as what kinds of fish were popular, let's make some nigiri sushi and enjoy the meal with miso soup. For vegans, you can enjoy the taste of each ingredient by grilling, boiling, and pickled vegetables.
