'- For plans departing from the Tokyo Heliport, taking photos and videos on the premises is prohibited as part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government's anti-terrorism measures. If you strongly wish to take commemorative photos in front of the helicopter, please consider the night course departing from Funabashi Heliport or Yokohama West Heliport. *Taking pictures inside the helicopter and during the flight is allowed. - In the event of bad weather or other circumstances that make the flight unfeasible, the flight will be cancelled. In such cases, the full amount of the fee will be refunded. *In such cases, bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer. - Even if the weather is cloudy, the flight will be performed if it is possible to fly. - Customers may change their own itinerary up to the date before the cancellation policy is applied. - Children from 3 years old are eligible to participate.
