I offer a family-hosted cultural workshop in Tokyo, teaching traditional Japanese crafts with my child. Choose from five hands-on activities: origami, calligraphy, washi dyeing, wagashi (Japanese sweets), and daruma painting. All are beginner-friendly and suitable for kids and adults.
As a former elementary school teacher and experienced workshop leader, I’ve taught calligraphy and art in schools and family events. I love creating fun, creative spaces where kids and adults can learn through making.
My goal is to offer more than a cultural activity—it’s a chance to connect through creativity. I welcome families who want to enjoy Japanese culture in a relaxed, friendly setting. My child joins the workshop, and children often enjoy the shared experience.
Sessions are near Hiroo Station in central Tokyo. You can choose one activity or combine two for a personalized experience. I provide basic English support. I look forward to welcoming you and sharing this special time in Japan.
