She is now excited to share Japanese home cooking with travelers and teach you to make handmade udon noodles from scratch. If learning about Japanese ingredients, cuisine, culture and culinary traditions is something that interests you, then this is the perfect class for you. Her cooking class is perfect for adults as well as children. Michiko learned to cook traditional Japanese dishes from her mother and is so thrilled to pass on her passion and share a Japanese home-cooked meal with people from around the world！
