  • The wonderful performing arts of the Imperial Court in Japan and Korea will perform together!
  • In this performance commemorating the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and Korea, Japanese “Kumiodori” and Korean “Jongmyo Jeryeak” will be performed.
  • KUMIODORI (1st photo) is a wonderful form of theatre that combines Okinawan dialogue, music and acting.
  • JONGMYO JERYEAK (2nd photo) is a Korean ritual music that includes song and dance, and is performed at the Jongmyo Temple, where successive kings of the Joseon Dynasty are enshrined.
  • There are many highlights, such as vivid costumes and various musical instruments, and the powerful performance by a large group of people is especially a must-see!
  • Both are a co-starring performance of the performing arts of the imperial court, which are both considered UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage!
  • We look forward to welcoming you!
