- Kokoro-no-Oyado Jizai-so features an indoor and outdoor hot spring bath, a sauna and a games room. Free Wi-Fi is provided, and a free pick-up is offered from Nasu-Shiobara Station and Kuroiso Station. Private-use hot spring baths are available free of charge.
- Rooms feature a tatami (woven-straw) floor and traditional futon bedding. They have a seating area, and offer nature views. Some rooms boast an open-air hot spring bath, while all rooms come with an LCD TV, a small fridge and yukata robes.
- The Jizai-so hotel has a 24-hour front desk, and facilities include drinks vending machines and a souvenir shop. To use private-use hot spring baths and free pick-ups, a reservation must be made in advance.
- Japanese-style spa hotel Jizai-so Kokoro-no-Oyado is only a 10-minute drive from Nasu Safari Park, the Nasu Highlands and the Nasu Teddy Bear Museum. Nasu World Monkey Park can be visited a 15-minute drive away. JR Kuroiso Station is a 20-minute drive, and JR Nasu-Shiobara Station a 30-minute drive.
- A daily Japanese breakfast is served at the dining room. In the evening and night, drinks can be enjoyed at the bar.
