• Please understand that your guide can only speak basic English; they will guide you with a translation device. If you want a fluent English-speaking interpreter, we can arrange for one; please book the relevant add-on • This tour may be canceled due to inclement weather or other conditions. In this case, we will contact you by 17:00 on the day before your tour to refund or reschedule • Public transport to and from the Sanpoiwa parking lot is limited. The tour fee does not include the cost of transportation to and from the parking lot, but taxis are available for booking as an add-on before checkout • For guests arriving or leaving by car, a separate toll fee is required for accessing the Hakusan Shirakawa-go White Road (please pay in cash on-site).
