Our numerous repeat customers love the quiet old cobblestone lane and old world atmosphere of this charming machiya. Two free bicycles are provided so you can explore the city. Come stay with us. - The two bedrooms with tatami (woven-straw) floor include futon beds. You can enjoy a garden view. The private bathroom comes with a bath, a shower and a hairdryer.
- Maeniiya Machiya Inn comes with a full kitchen with a microwave and oven. The dining area includes a traditional kotatsu table. A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also available.
- The Gion district for shopping is a 16-minute walk away from the property. Shijo Station on Karasuma Subway Line and Hankyu Kyoto Line is a 10-minute walk away. The main JR Kyoto Station is a 10-minute taxi ride away.
