- A five-room inn located just past the residential area of Kawana, Ito City. A privately-sourced hot spring pumped from about 200m underground fills the bathtubs of all guest rooms.
- All guest rooms are Japanese and Western rooms with 12 tatami mats. Each room has an open-air bath on the terrace where you can see the prestigious "Kawana Hotel Golf Course" and "Sagami Nada".
- In addition, in the two special rooms, there is a garden open-air bath with a sleeping bath at the end of the stairs leading from the terrace, and there is one room, "Hino no Uchiburo", "Terrace open-air bath", and "Garden open-air bath". There are 3 baths in the area. You can enjoy the hot springs to your heart's content.
