Description

The statue portrays a pivotal scene from Konjiki Yasha, or The Usurer, one of the renowned works of Ozaki Koyo. It stands on the location where Kanichi and Miya broke up. There is a second generation pine tree nicknamed “O-miya no matsu” (Miya’s pine tree) planted in a field near the statue. The statue is lit up from sunset until 22:00
