Tokyo Dome

Tokyo Dome is Japan's first all-weather multi-purpose stadium. Concerts and events are held there, not to mention baseball games.

This stadium opened in 1988 as Japan's first all-weather multi-purpose stadium and is used for a diverse range of exhibitions and events in addition to baseball games. This is the home stadium of the team Yomiuri Giants, and around 60 games a year are played there. Besides baseball games, the park is used for American football games and other sports venues. In addition, as a prominent concert venue in Japan, it hosts about 50 concerts a year for famous domestic and foreign artists. During the baseball off-season, there are events such as a regional food festival called Furusato Matsuri Tokyo and the Japan Grand Prix International Orchid Festival, and the stadium is used for various other events regardless of genre. The Tokyo Dome tours are offered for you to see the backyard and the baseball ground. It is a 5-minute walk from both JR Suidobashi Station and Korakuen Station on Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line.
