The Nikukozo Group is run by an owner with experience in meat slaughtering, wholesale, and yakiniku restaurants. At Ushikozo, we use carefully selected female wagyu beef and offer domestic wagyu beef at reasonable prices that cannot be imitated at other stores. We offer a variety of carefully selected dishes, from the premium thick-cut tongue to the classic premium salted tongue and premium skirt steak, as well as premium grilled liver.
