Mouyan Curry has newly opened at the Shinjuku East Exit! We serve authentic curry that has been simmered and left to sit for a long time. Our curry sauce is an exquisite harmony of over 30 carefully selected ingredients! We use plenty of vegetables such as onions, carrots, celery, apples, bananas, tomatoes, and garlic, and also use 23 to 26 types of spices that can be used as is in traditional Chinese medicine, blended to suit the Japanese climate.
