In response to your request, we have added a Japanese lacquer coating.
・Choose from cypress wood or cherry wood!
Cypress wood has a straight grain, making it easy to carve and hard to bend.
Sakura wood is hard and has an undulating grain, which gives it a distinctive flavor. But it's hard so it might take some time to sharpen it.
*Please contact us in advance as there are limited edition items such as ``Azumino apple tree'' and ``pure black genuine ebony''.

We have square timbers ranging from 15cm to 25cm, so please choose the length of your choice.

If you try hard enough, you might even be able to make square chopsticks~♪ This is an experience in Shinshu Azumino, a place rich in nature with sparkling water, light, wind, and sky.
