At KaQila, we approach the joints in the whole body by focusing on the ribs, and use research about functional anatomy etc. for body movement to create and organize all movements in the body, aiming to improve functionality.
Of course, (in terms of results) we use muscle to move our bodies, but the organization and development of this movement generally relies on bones and joints without waking up the muscle, rather than using muscle itself.
That's why our exercises are done not only in a slow movement, but with beautiful and fluid movement.
If we work too hard, we may end up working our muscles....
We hope that everyone can enjoy themselves slowly and flowingly at their own pace, according to their own physical strength and body stiffness, without working hard.
This is the essence of KaQila.
