Yamato Sample Factory Workshop 3

Yamato Sample Factory was founded in Gujo Hachiman in Gifu Prefecture in 1952 and is engaged in business selling and leasing food samples.
Since our founding, we at Yamato have always strived to perfect our food-sample-making methods to make even more realistic samples, which are highly regarded overseas as a unique form of Japanese manufacturing and culture.
At Yamato Sample Factory Workshop 3, visitors can experience a food sample making of tempura, curry rice, sushi, sweets, or other food.

Since its opening our workshop has been visited by many Japanese and international customers alike, and has become one of Tokyo's sightseeing attractions. We have English websites and pamphlets, and English-speaking staff are on standby to help international customers enjoy food sample making with ease. Families with children and small groups are also welcome to visit for an experience. We are sure this will be another memory of your sightseeing in Japan.
