What to expect

A wide selection of local Enshu and Hamamatsu cuisine. A lively and energetic bar that Enshu locals will be proud to be at. . They are particular about using local Enshu ingredients and making things by hand, and their specialty is Hamamatsu gyoza, which are wrapped lovingly by a craftsman every day and finished crispy on a large 2cm thick iron plate. In order to preserve the crunchiness of the vegetables, they only make the amount they will serve in the restaurant each day, and they never use frozen gyoza. Other dishes include Hamamatsu offal, fresh fish caught in the Enshu Nada Sea, Enshu Yume pork, Mikatahara potatoes, and eel from Lake Hamana.
