Made from plain wood, it has a calm atmosphere and is reasonably priced. The dashi stock, made in-house using plenty of kelp, mackerel flakes, bonito flakes, dried sardines, and shiitake mushrooms, is used luxuriously in the udon and in dishes such as "Udon Shop Tamagoyaki". They also have snacks made with Kyushu ingredients such as "Nagasaki Unzen Ham Cutlet" and "Chikuwa Isobe Age" made with domestic seaweed, and at the end of the day, you can add their proud udon to their "Our Motsunabe" and enjoy the soup until the very last drop.
