A casual bistro located inside a long-established hot spring inn. Enjoy French cuisine prepared by a skilled chef in a traditional atmosphere. Our restaurant offers authentic French cuisine prepared by a chef who has trained at the Imperial Hotel in a casual atmosphere. We use mainly local ingredients procured that day, and we especially recommend the roast duck, which is made with a sauce that matches the ingredients. We also highly recommend the wagyu beef cheek stewed in red wine and the fish dish of the day. Our chef's choice course, limited to one group per day, can be enjoyed in a private room. We welcome locals, as well as those visiting for important dinners, sightseeing, or business trips.
