It later closed, but the head chef of that shop revived the taste himself and became Hourin. The soup, sauce, and secret spiciness, which are the key to the taste, are created to recreate the taste of that time. It is a light tonkotsu ramen with an excellent balance of noodles, soup, and "special spicy sauce". Refills are 50 yen until 4pm! Draft beer is 300 yen from 5pm to 9pm!
