Directly on the main street in the city → A local horumon shop where you can eat legal raw beef liver. In addition to the signature dish, "small intestine," they also have a variety of rare cuts of horumon. Popular dishes include "beef yukke," "spicy heart sashimi," "raw omasum," wagyu "kalbi," "loin," etc... Enjoy these with plenty of original "miso sauce," "soy sauce sauce," and "lemon sauce" to your liking! Don't forget the "green onion salad."
